Recapitalise SA is a South African, faith based company, founded in 2017, which has been providing research, thought leadership, and management services to growth and development initiatives in the Manufacturing Sector ever since. Located in Pretoria, Recapitalise has agency for the RSA Clusters Group, and its subsidiaries for Abrams World Trade Wiki, and for the RSA Clusters Cloud Portal.

Having acquired unique knowledge and understanding from his studies and vast experiences, Steve Jardine, our founder wanted to share what he knew with everyone, rather than focusing on consulting to a limited number. When called to serve God,by enabling people to reach their full potential, Steve’s response was to seek out like-minded friends to work with him to establish Recapitalise as a entrepreneurial springboard for things to come. Manufacturing with all its challenges and opportunities was the obvious choice of focus areas suited to Steve’s skills and experience.

Yes we do. Recapitalise works with and helps SMEs in many different ways.

Our vision is for SMEs to be at the forefront of innovation, and job creation, paving the way forward one job at a time.

Our primary skills are found in helping SMEs to work together and to help them to find and use the power they have in their collective voice, to engage the government and industry stakeholders.

Our passion is to share practical advise that works. In collaboration with other like minded SME businesses, we offer comprehensive consulting, training, coaching and mentoring services to improve cash flow, business performance, and productivity.

Our experiences and knowledge in technical procurement, global import and export trading, engineering supply chains, strategy setting, business administration, business development and business management, that shaped us, are each available to be shared with individual businesses, and business collectives for a fee.

We have a unique perspective focusing on building up SMEs and associations in the Manufacturing sector, where we see SMEs fostering development and stimulating change.

Who is behind Recapitalise?

Steve Jardine our founder and Managing director, is a business entrepreneur, and has a Masters degree in business leadership. Steve has local and international experience in lifting up and improving the performance of diverse business groups, through collaboration and shared targets. Steve is also a co-founder and Managing Directorhas a passion for people and has worked in the Automotive, Rail, Metals , and Consulting industries.

Pieter Meyer is co-founder and director, is a business entrepreneur, and has a Masters degree in business administration. Pieter has experience in……..Pieter has a passion for…..and has worked in the Gaming,………, and Consulting industries
