This is our first post of many to come. We look forward to meeting old, and making new friends.

Ours is a journey started well before Recapitalise, when we realised that South Africa had a rapidly aging, population of artisans, and engineers, and that the growth plans, reliant on Infrastructure development, were facing very tight timelines, to act before this resource pool shrank too far, and we lost the skills.

It is sad looking back at lost opportunities, and increasing unemployment, knowing that we, as individuals, and as a country, could have done better to stem the tide of unemployment and poverty.

We have a good idea of how to make thing work again, and are forging forward to do our part, to unlock roadblocks blocking our path. Let’s work together do better.
